     It is the goal of the Sheriff's Office to serve all received process in a reasonable and timely manner while maintaining an impartial stance between all parties involved or having an interest in a case. Each year, the deputies, supervisors, and office staff work together to process and execute more than ______ individual writs.

     Domestic Violence Injunctions, Notice of Evictions, Subpoenas, Writs of Execution and Distress Writs are examples of the types of process this office serves.  The overall effectiveness of the judicial system is dependent upon this office's efficient and expeditious service of these as well as many other types of civil process.

     The Sheriff's office provides a cost effective, credible service and successfully serves most defendants.
